Every year, millions of tons of agricultural byproducts, particularly banana pseudostems, are discarded or burned while demand for sustainable fabrics continues to rise.

We saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between agricultural waste and the growing demand for eco-conscious textiles.

By partnering directly with farming communities in South India, we began transforming what was once considered waste into premium, certified organic textiles that rival the finest natural fibers in the world.

Every year, millions of tons of banana pseudostems are discarded after fruit harvest. We saw this agricultural waste as an extraordinary opportunity — a raw material that could be transformed into one of the world's most sustainable and beautiful textiles.

Our banana fabric journey begins in the lush banana plantations of South India. After the fruit is harvested, the pseudostems are collected by our partner farmers and processed using our zero-waste method.
